Fire Magic was started in 1937 by Harold Keck with the vision to create high-end grills that would last as long as the enclosure did. Fire Magic became part of RH Peterson in 1982 when Leslie Bortz sought a product that was counter seasonal to fireplaces and decided to buy the company.
