TRACKING YOUR ORDER
An e-mail notification will be sent automatically after purchase has been made. A shipping confirmation will be sent on the day the item has been shipped and will include a tracking number.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Refunds are accepted within 10 days of receipt of the product. Please contact us by e-mail before shipping the product back to us, we will provide you with a return authorization number (20% restocking fee may be applied). Products that are shipped to us incorrectly and are damaged from irresponsible packing, customer will not receive a refund. Money will be refunded once the package is received and its contents are verified in original condition. Refunds may take up to 30 days per transaction. Shipping charges are non refundable.
UPS DIMENSIONAL WEIGHT
For UPS Ground Shipments: If the cubic size of the package is 5,184 or larger, divide the cubic size by 194 to determine dimensional weight in pounds. If the cubic size is less than 5,184, use the actual weight of the package. For UPS Air Shipments: Divide the cubic size by 194 to determine dimensional weight in pounds. Round up any fraction of a pound to the next full pound. Determine Billable Weight: Compare each package's actual weight to its dimensional weight. The larger of the two weights is the billable weight and should be used to calculate the rate. If you have a multiple-package shipment, add the cubic sizes for all of the packages together. The total is the cubic size of your shipment. |
